Ian Vandeventer

Ian's activities supporting the mission of GRS broadly comprise four categories: system administration, database administration, GIS administration, and coding. His past experience spans a wide range of fields and sectors of computer science including: academia, television, chip design, semiconductor research, and Tier 1 network operation.

He holds a BS in Justice Studies and an MA in Philosophy, a patent for a network load-balancing technology, and a love of maps and animals, though not necessarily in that order.
